Coaching

I offer a free 30 minute “Discovery” call. This will give us a chance to talk through the coaching process and to find out your aims and goals.

Coaching sessions can be purchased in 2 different ways - pay as you go or packages.

Pay as you go.

• 60-minute session £95

• 90-minute session £120

Packages of 4, 6 or 8 sessions. 

• 4 sessions of - £360

• 6 sessions of 1 hour - £510

• 8 sessions of 1 hour - £640

• 4 sessions of 1.5 hour - £460

• 6 sessions of 1.5 hour - £660

• 8 sessions of 1.5 hour - £840

You can then choose how often you have the sessions over a 12 month period.

Counselling

I encourage a free 15-minute phone call to discuss what you might hope to get from counselling and to answer any questions.

Individual Counselling £60 per 50-minute weekly session.
